Can I play Pokémon Champions against a friend?
Yes. Private Battles let you battle friends and family. Agree on Single or Double Battle format with your opponent before starting.
Do Pokémon Champions Double Battles need four players?
No. Nintendo lists two players online. Single and Double Battles are Pokémon battle formats between two Trainers, not two-player and four-player cooperative groups.
Does Pokémon Champions support mobile and Switch crossplay?
Yes. Players on iOS and Android can battle against Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 players. The Switch version released on April 8, 2026, followed by iOS and Android on June 17, 2026.
Can I find Pokémon Champions practice partners on Micr?
Use Micr to meet opponents, agree on a battle format, and talk through team ideas. Micr voice is separate from the game; built-in Pokémon Champions voice chat has not been verified.
