Delete your Micr account

Fastest option

Delete in the app

1. Sign in to your Micr account.
2. Open Account, then Help & support.
3. Find Danger zone and choose Delete my account.
4. Enter your current username to confirm.

Micr first cancels and verifies any recurring subscription. If cancellation cannot be confirmed, deletion stops and your account stays accessible so you can resolve billing safely.

No app access

Request deletion from the web

Email us from the address registered to the account and include your Micr username. We may ask you to verify control of that email address before processing the request. Never send a password, recovery code, or one-time sign-in code.

If the button does not open your email app, write to privacy@micrgames.com with the subject “Micr account deletion request.”

What deletion does

• Your profile email, avatar, and username are anonymized. Password access, sessions, recovery tokens, linked provider connections, memberships, roles, presence, and push subscriptions are revoked or removed.
• Posts, messages, match or tournament history, reports, and other records that preserve community conversations or platform integrity may remain under an anonymized deleted-user reference.
• Limited billing, transaction, moderation, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, and audit records may be retained for their required legal or operational retention period. They cannot be used to sign back in to the deleted account.
