Can Xbox and PC players team up in Halo Infinite?
Yes. Halo Infinite supports crossplay between Xbox consoles and PC. Add each other through the Xbox network, then invite players to your in-game Fireteam. The Steam edition also requires an Xbox account.
How many players should I recruit for Halo Infinite?
Choose the mode first. Arena uses four-player teams in 4v4 matches; Big Team Battle uses 12-player teams in 12v12 matches. Campaign network co-op supports up to four players. Firefight also offers four-player cooperative modes. Match limits and cooperative group sizes are different.
Is Halo Infinite campaign co-op free or playable in split-screen?
Free multiplayer does not require Game Pass. Campaign requires purchase or access through an eligible Game Pass plan, and online campaign play on Xbox has separate console multiplayer subscription requirements. Campaign co-op uses a network session for up to four players and has no local split-screen. Local split-screen is available in supported Xbox multiplayer modes. Load into Campaign before forming your campaign Fireteam.
How can I arrange a Halo Infinite community tournament?
Find teammates and opponents on Micr, then host the matches in Halo Infinite Custom Games. For a 4v4 bracket, agree on maps, modes, input rules, series length, and result reporting. Check in-game voice settings before play. A community bracket does not imply an official Halo Championship Series event.
